My landlord uses neplm and they seem to be a waste of space, currently having trouble with roof leaking when it rains which is coming through a live extractor fan fitted to bathroom ceiling, the house needs re pointing so water is also coming through the walls where live sockets are. Black mould is everywhere in the house due to the dampness. I keep ringing them up and all I ever get from them is we’ve arranged contractors to contact you. This has been going on for nearly 2 year
